**Return and Exchange Policy**


Thank you for choosing **PureTowel Ltd** (hereinafter referred to as "we") towel products. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we provide a flexible return and exchange service. Please apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the following terms.


**1. Return and Exchange Policy**


- We support **14 days of no-reason returns**, starting from the date you receive the product.


- The towel products returned or exchanged must be **unused**, with the original packaging and labels intact.


- To ensure hygiene and safety, all returned or exchanged products must be unwashed, untested, and free of damage, stains or other irreversible damage.

- The product must be returned in the **original packaging**, including all accessories, instructions and packaging boxes.


**2. Return and Exchange Process**


- **Step 1**: Please submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of purchase through the return and exchange application channel provided on our website or contact the customer service team.

- **Step 2**: Provide proof of purchase (such as order number, receipt) and photos of the product condition. We will process your request as soon as possible after receiving it and provide detailed return and exchange instructions.


- **Step 3**: After confirming your return and exchange request, you need to return the product according to our instructions, and the return postage will be borne by you, unless there is a quality problem with the product itself.


**3. Refund Policy**


- Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product, and the refund method will be the same as the method you used when you paid.


- The amount of the return refund will be deducted from the original shipping fee (if applicable), unless the return is due to our shipping error or product quality problems.


- Once the return is approved and processed, the refund will usually be credited to your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment platform.


**4. Exchange**


- If you wish to exchange the product, please indicate the model, color or quantity of the product to be exchanged when requesting a return and exchange.


- We will try our best to arrange a replacement for you based on stock availability, but we cannot guarantee immediate replacement of all products. If the required product is out of stock, we will process a refund for you as soon as possible.


**5. Situations where returns and exchanges are not supported**


We do not support returns and exchanges in the following situations:

- The product has been used, washed or handled and is no longer in new condition.

- Product labels, packaging and accessories are missing or damaged.

- Return and exchange requests are made more than 14 days later.

- The product is damaged by human factors or external damage.
